What the Wager Vendor is
BULKHEAD’s 9 October Season 02 Preview describes an optional experimental Wager Vendor. A player chooses objectives, sets a death allowance and a cash stake, then can combine objectives for longer odds and a larger payout. Preview examples include kills in the Hot Zone and delivering players. A tracker above the minimap shows the stake and progress. The studio calls this a first pass, says it may expand it, and warns it may remove the feature during Season 02 if it proves too exploitable.
Delayed until later in Season 02
The 14 October Season 02 Patch Notes say the Wager Vendor is not available when Season 02 launches. BULKHEAD says it opens later in the season and is meant to come and go rather than be permanent. Season 02 went live at 10:00 UTC on 15 October after extended maintenance; the vendor was still unavailable at that recovery notice. No later open date is published.
Published vs not published
The table below separates what the preview and patch notes state from what they leave blank. This page does not invent stake caps, odds maths or payout numbers.

Not the trailing-team vendor discount
Season 02 also gives any team that is at least 40 points behind second place a 20% vendor discount. That rule is separate from the Wager Vendor: it is a team-score discount on purchases, not a personal cash stake on objectives. The launch-day backend update that removed Lonestar’s cash/XP experiment did not name the trailing-team discount for removal.
What this page will not invent
Until BULKHEAD publishes numbers, any stake limit, odds percentage or payout multiplier you see elsewhere is not from the sources cited here. Prefer the official preview and patch notes over third-party calculators that fill the gaps.
Common questions
What is the Wager Vendor in WARDOGS?
An optional experimental Season 02 vendor where you choose objectives, set a death allowance and a cash stake, and can combine objectives for longer odds and a larger payout. A tracker above the minimap shows stake and progress.
Is the WARDOGS Wager Vendor available now?
Not at Season 02 launch. The 14 October patch notes say it opens later in Season 02 and is meant to come and go. No open date is published.
Can BULKHEAD remove the Wager Vendor?
Yes. The studio calls it a first pass and warns it may remove the feature during Season 02 if it proves too exploitable.
What are the Wager Vendor odds and payouts?
Not published. BULKHEAD has not released stake limits, an odds formula, a full objective catalogue or a payout table.
