COMMUNITY SERVERS

How do you find a WARDOGS community server?

Five approved hosting partners, the live ServerHub directory, the 175-ping regional controls, and what an empty browser tells you.

THE QUICK ANSWER

BULKHEAD’s official ServerHub now links BisectHosting, xREALM, GG Host and 1of1 Servers, plus a Server Admin Hub Discord. The studio’s September devlog also names QONZER, but the live directory did not display it on 30 October. No delisting notice explains that omission, so this page preserves both records instead of guessing that QONZER lost approval.

21 October: regional controls and a 175 maximum server ping

Publisher stated

BULKHEAD says regional controls have begun and that the maximum server ping will be reduced to 175 over the hours following its announcement. Backend region locking is described as in progress, with stricter cross-region mixing to follow. The post names no affected-region list, exact completion time, server-category scope or party exception, so this page does not claim that Official, Community, Infantry Mode and Low-Level servers all enforce an identical rule already.

Update 0.1.2 changes Deploy and adds admin controls

Publisher stated

Deploy now presents Official, Community, Infantry Mode and Low-Level server choices. Advanced Filters return to Official servers; long names are readable on hover; joining shows connection and queue progress; Region select shows how many regions are selected; and gamepad works on the Deploy selection screen. Admins can schedule daily UTC restarts, restrict RCON with AllowedHosts, use capped RCON message lengths and safer default response detail, and have ServerImageURL checked when config loads.

What are Low-Level servers?

Unverified

BULKHEAD's Update 0.1.2 notes describe them as “‘Low Level’ community servers”: community-hosted servers running a modifier, which the new Deploy screen now puts beside Official, Community and Infantry Mode so that more players find them. The notes call the four-way Deploy flow “the first step intended to help signpost players toward servers running these modifiers”. They do not publish a level cap, and they do not say BULKHEAD sets one. What players report is a cap they bump into, and it is not consistent.

  • Not published: the level number, whether every Low-Level server uses the same one, and what happens when you level past it mid-session.
  • If none appear for you, your level may already be above the cap the listed servers use — the 2 October report is exactly that case.

What Patch 0.11 changed

Publisher stated

The patch separates Community and Official server browsers, so the two no longer share one list. Community servers gain more reliable filters, text search, persistent unique IDs you can join by, and empty/full toggles. The same notes increase server capacity in Asia without publishing a numeric regional limit. BULKHEAD delivered the patch during a maintenance window that started at 07:53 UTC on 14 September and announced servers back up at 09:06 UTC.

Five approved hosting partners are now named

Publisher stated

Across its dated announcements, BULKHEAD has named five approved hosts: QONZER, BisectHosting and xREALM on 8 September, then GG Host and 1of1 Servers on 26 October. Its live ServerHub directory linked BisectHosting, xREALM, GG Host and 1of1 Servers when checked on 30 October. No official notice says QONZER was removed, so its omission from the directory is not presented here as a revoked approval. No source publishes a common price, region list, plan capacity, approval terms or application process.

  • QONZER
  • BisectHosting
  • xREALM
  • GG Host
  • 1of1 Servers

There is a separate Server Admin Hub Discord

Publisher stated

The official ServerHub links a dedicated WARDOGS Server Admin Hub Discord. That is a separate destination from the general WARDOGS community Discord. The public landing page does not publish access requirements, support hours or a feature roadmap, so this page does not promise that joining it provides approval, hosting or direct support.

Anti-cheat does not stop at the community browser

Publisher stated

The official Security & Enforcement policy applies the game's anti-cheat to official and community servers alike. Community administrators add server-level moderation on top and can ban someone from their own server; a BULKHEAD-wide ban affects online access across servers. In-game reporting works from community servers too, and the official safety policy says those reports go to BULKHEAD. Admin moderation supplements the anti-cheat rather than replacing it.

The 5% bonus, and why no date is given for it

Publisher stated

The delivered Patch 0.11 notes include a 5% End of Match cash bonus on community servers “for the next week”. The announcement gives no exact start or expiry timestamp, and the 14 September recovery post does not confirm the bonus in a client screen. This page therefore does not date it: check the current client before counting on it. The same notes say various cash exploits are fixed and that repeated abuse can result in a timed ban plus a cash and XP reset to zero.

When the browser comes back empty

Unverified

An empty community browser is not by itself evidence of an outage, and this site does not run a live server check that could tell you it is. What is checkable: whether the filters and the empty/full toggles from Patch 0.11 are excluding everything, whether you are looking at the Community tab or the Official one now that they are separate lists, whether a persistent server ID you were given still resolves, and whether BULKHEAD has posted a service notice. Nothing published establishes a minimum number of community servers, so “few results” has no official baseline to be measured against.

Do achievements and progression count here?

Unverified

For cash, BULKHEAD's own words are as close to a yes as anything published: Patch 0.11 attached a 5% End of Match cash bonus to community servers and said “if you're looking to grind, we suggest jumping in a community server”. A studio applying a percentage bonus to End of Match cash on those servers is telling you the cash economy runs on them. For Steam achievements, there is nothing — the word “achievement” appears zero times across all 51 posts BULKHEAD and Team17 have published through Steam's news endpoint, checked 21 September 2026, so there is no statement about achievements on community servers because there is no statement about achievements anywhere. Three of the ten are cash achievements, which makes the gap between those two paragraphs the whole of what is known. A 17 September thread asks the studio to give hosts control over unlock parameters; that is a request and this page does not read it as evidence that such controls do, or do not, exist today.

Common questions

Are WARDOGS community servers separate from official servers?

Yes, since Patch 0.11 on 14 September 2026. The update splits Community and Official into separate browsers, and gives community servers filters, text search, persistent unique IDs and empty/full toggles.

Why are there no servers in my WARDOGS server browser?

No official source explains a specific empty result, and this site runs no live server check. Patch 0.11 made Community and Official separate lists and added filters and empty/full toggles, so the checkable things are which tab you are on and whether a filter is excluding everything. BULKHEAD's own notices are where a real outage would be announced.

Who can host a WARDOGS community server?

BULKHEAD has named five approved hosting partners across dated announcements: QONZER, BisectHosting, xREALM, GG Host and 1of1 Servers. Its live ServerHub directory linked BisectHosting, xREALM, GG Host and 1of1 Servers on 30 October, but no official notice says the omitted QONZER was delisted. The directory also links a dedicated Server Admin Hub Discord. No official source publishes common prices, regions, capacity, approval terms or access requirements.

Does anti-cheat run on WARDOGS community servers?

Yes. The official Security & Enforcement policy applies the same online anti-cheat to official and community servers. Community admins add their own moderation and can ban players from their own server; that supplements the anti-cheat rather than replacing it.

Is the 5% community server cash bonus still active?

Unknown from official text. The Patch 0.11 notes promise a 5% End of Match bonus on community servers “for the next week” but give no start or expiry timestamp, and no later official post confirms it in the client. Check the current client rather than this page.

Do WARDOGS achievements unlock on community servers?

Nobody official has said. The word “achievement” appears zero times across all 51 posts BULKHEAD and Team17 have published through Steam's news endpoint, checked 21 September 2026. What is established is that the cash economy runs on community servers — Patch 0.11 gave them a 5% End of Match cash bonus and told players to jump in one if they were looking to grind — and that three of the game's ten achievements are cash achievements. Whether the Steam unlock itself fires there is not stated anywhere, and this page does not assume it.

What is the WARDOGS community server cash bonus?

A 5% End of Match cash bonus, applied to community servers by Patch 0.11 on 14 September 2026, with BULKHEAD adding that “if you're looking to grind, we suggest jumping in a community server”. The notes promise it “for the next week” and give no start or expiry timestamp, and no later official post confirms it in the client — so 5% is the published figure, and whether it is running today is something only your current client can tell you.

Do you get more XP on WARDOGS community servers?

No official source says so. Everything BULKHEAD published about the community-server bonus is about End of Match cash — 5%, in the Patch 0.11 notes — and no announcement checked for this page attaches an XP multiplier to community servers at all. Treat the two as separate: the cash bonus is stated, an XP bonus is not. Patch 0.11 in fact runs the other way on XP, saying that more than a few minutes on a server identified as XP farming can lead to a permanent ban.

Where are WARDOGS servers located?

BULKHEAD has not published a list of server locations or datacentres. Its notices name regions only: Patch 0.11 increased capacity in Asia, and a 24 September incident affected non-EU regions, primarily North America. A community guide recorded thirteen browser entries in September, but its earlier claim that every region could be joined is now historical: on 21 October BULKHEAD said backend region locking was in progress and a maximum server ping of 175 would roll out over the following hours. The studio has not published the resulting region list or datacentre map.

What are Low-Level servers in WARDOGS?

Community servers running a low-level modifier. Update 0.1.2 (30 September 2026) added them as one of four choices on the Deploy screen — Official, Community, Infantry Mode and Low-Level — to point more players at them. BULKHEAD has not published the level cap. A 2 October Steam thread reports a level 22 player seeing none and a reply saying they are for level 20 and under; another reply says community servers can set their own, so treat any number as a report, not a rule.

What is the difference between WARDOGS community and official servers?

Since Patch 0.11 they are separate lists in the server browser. Community servers are hosted by players and partner hosts rather than BULKHEAD, with admins who can moderate and ban from their own server on top of the same anti-cheat; Patch 0.11 gave them a 5% End of Match cash bonus; and Update 0.1.2 signposts the community servers that run modifiers — Infantry Mode and Low-Level — from the Deploy screen. Official servers got Advanced Filters back in the same update.

What is Infantry Mode in WARDOGS?

A kind of server, not a separate game mode BULKHEAD has described. Update 0.1.2 (30 September 2026) made the Deploy screen offer Official, Community, Infantry Mode and Low-Level servers, to steer more players towards the community servers that run these modifiers. The notes do not list Infantry Mode's rules. The only description located is a player's: a pilot on Steam, on 4 October, says that on “the infantry only mode” the tank and the Havoc are not available. Helicopters still fly there in that player's account. BULKHEAD has not published the full rule set, or how a server admin switches it on.

Sources & verification

The official ServerHub supplies current direct links for four hosts and the admin Discord; the 26 October notice adds GG Host and 1of1 Servers and says community servers remain in Early Access. QONZER remains named in the September devlog but was not displayed in the live directory on 30 October, and no delisting notice resolves that difference. The 21 October notice supplies the staged 175-ping limit; Update 0.1.2 and Patch 0.11 supply browser and admin controls. This page runs no live server check.
